Pocket-friendly prices with complete facilities and strategic location

Balkondes Kembanglimus is a nice place to stay when you want to go to Borobudur!

The place is cute and the mattresses are very comfortable, and clean, and the price is also cheap. We stayed in the one with 4 beds on top and all the mattresses were comfortable. The hot water also worked well. The ladies and gentlemen were very friendly, like we were visiting a relative's house and were very homie. The downside is that it is only on the side of the road (but not very close to the room, it's still okay), the parking is also quite spacious. Thank you Balkondes kembaglimus team

It's so cheap! I checked in on a weekend and it was still affordable. I didn't expect to get a whole building; I thought it had two rooms. The room was clean and large. The hot water worked well. Access to the hotel was also very easy.

A good resting place after tiring exploring Borobudur... The location is very close to Borobudur. Friendly staff. Cleanliness is okay.

Cool and beautiful place. Strategic location towards Borobudur Temple. Good service, clean hotel. It's just that because the room walls are made of wood, sounds from outside the room are clearly audible.

The road between the cabins/cottages from Coneblock is slippery and mossy when it rains. Extra caution is needed for guests who pass through it.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the bolts in the bathroom, the latch lock, and the bathroom door are starting to break, please fix them soon, the wifi is slow.

Attractive building and spacious yard.

We are a family of 5 with three kids below 10 years. We have been provided a separate hut consisting of 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The room is small and has little space for walking & sitting. It is fairly clean with white sheets & towels, etc. People who are having problems with pollen or the smell of bamboo are not recommended to stay here. The staff is well co-operative. Bathrooms are small but have hot showers. Breakfast is a set portion of a typical Indonesian meal and no other options like bread, butter, jam, or corn flakes, etc. This hotel is very, very near to Punthuk Sethumbu, Rehma Hill & Chicken Church, which are top attractions of the Magelang region. Overall, a pleasant stay although less comfortable.

Kebersihan kamar perlu ditingkatkan lagi, fasilitas secara keseluruhan standar sesuai dengan harganya, Wi-Fi perlu peningkatan kualitasnya, masih buruk. Nuansanya bagus, asri, ala-ala pedesaan, karyawan ramah dan lokasi juga tidak jauh dari Borobudur. Parkir luas, tersedia mushola dan juga joglo-joglo Jawa untuk berkegiatan.

The bathroom shower does not work, it cannot be turned to cold, the water is very hot like boiling water, it is very dangerous for small children to take a bath. There are frogs & lots of ants in the room, the mattress smells musty & damp, it is better to spray it with disinfectant before guests arrive. Breakfast lacks variety of menus, the taste is rather bland.

It is very dangerous for small children to take a bath. The mattress smells musty and damp, there are ants & frogs in our room 🙈 it's better to spray the room with disinfectant before guests arrive 🙏. The breakfast menu is not very varied, the soup tastes bland.

+ village-esque condo made from bamboo. + relaxed ambiance. + TV actually useable. + good ac coverage at 1st floor. + pretty big single bed, can fit 2 people. - 2nd floor very hot (ac aren't placed high enough) -small amount of natural debris (leaf, hornet nest, flower) on 2nd floor. - wasp on 2nd floor. - 2nd floor airway opening on top is too big, very hot when its sunny outside. - stain found on bed. - really bad wifi coverage (if you're not getting full wifi signal the speed and latency drop significantly)

Plus: strategic location, on the side of the highway. Close to several tourist locations. The natural atmosphere can be felt from the building, the shop has a great taste of cooking at a wallet-friendly price. Minuses: less room cleanliness, simple breakfast menu.

Good location, comfortable and quiet, good food, but the bathroom is not clean, and the hot water pot in the room is dirty.
