The hotel has a very nice location, extremely clean rooms, enthusiastic staff. But there are 2 big minus points. 1 is the elevator is very slow, terribly slow. 2 is the breakfast buffet is also at a low average level. With the current price, I don't expect a breakfast to be excellent, but at least pay attention to the quality.

Good location towards the end of Nha Trang Bay. But we had an unfortunate incident; We had our room Aircon service when we were away (because Aircon didn't have enough Freon and wasn't working properly) 2 bikini bottoms left on the chair and a pack of Ciggerette went missing. Hotel Manager kept insisting that they checked all the stuff before leaving. And nothing can be done - The End

Service everything is ok. Only when checking out, they told me to wait to check the room again, I waited 20 minutes and no one told me anything. Meanwhile, the people who checked out after me had all finished. I had to ask to confirm again before they told me it was ok.

Convenient location. Nice bedroom view. So-so breakfast. Wet elevator floor with no staff to dry is a minus point that should be fixed. Enthusiastic support staff, but the restaurant check-in staff is not friendly.

The hotel does not support early check-in but in return the lobby is comfortable, the room is clean, there are fruits, welcome drinks, beautiful sea view. The breakfast buffet is not too diverse but neat, delicious food. Will come back

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and smooth, the room view overlooking the sea is very beautiful, the swimming pool is also beautiful, the hotel staff is gentle, attentive, enthusiastic. The price is also affordable. Support for late check-out with guests is very ok. The only minus point is that the hotel is a bit far from the entertainment center of Nha Trang city (Tran Phu street) so it is a bit inconvenient, but there are still many restaurants around the hotel.
