The staff was helpful. We arrived around 10 AM and directly got here, then she suggested that we can check in. But, the next day we have to check out around that time. The room facility wasn’t good enough for superior category. AC was old and the cold temperature isn’t working properly. The TV remote was broken, so we can't actually enjoy the program until we borrowed a remote from the other room. If you want to have a room on the upper floor, think again, the Wi-Fi couldn’t get into our room.
