Went to stay on mid-December. Overall stay experience was good. The room is spacious and plenty of facilities (nice pool). The beach view also nice, but we cannot fully enjoy the beach experience since the weather is not permitting. The staff also nice and helpful, explain all the facilities and perks we have during check-in. Downside: distant from Hoi An old town, meal is also okay relative to the price you have to pay. Better to explore dining options at Hoi An downtown/old town for better variety, taste, and pricing. Tips: this hotel (or other hotel in An Bang beach area) would be best experienced during summer (Feb-Jun). Stay in downtown Hoi An is better during the rainy season (Oct-Dec).

Except for the large interior area, it is not worthy of 5*, just like a 2-3* hotel, not like a 4* hotel in Da Nang.

The staff is very nice and friendly but the facilities are very bad. The soundproofing is extremely bad. Anyone walking in the hallway can hear it very clearly, can't sleep. The room upstairs also makes creaking sounds very clearly. The soundproofing is worse than a normal house. To put it bluntly, it's completely soundproof. 5-star hotel but the room floor is not carpeted, just normal ceramic tiles. The room quality is also bad. Overall, not worth the money. I've been to many places and this is the 5-star hotel with the worst room quality I've ever stayed in😑

Had a good experience at this 5-star hotel and resorts. The price is at an affordable rate considering the competitive services and facilities at the resort. Staff are all friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and is tasty as well. Overall, it was a good and unforgettable experience here at the resort. Will definitely come back here.

5 star hotel is worse than 3 star hotel, 400k dinner buffet is too bad. Overall disappointing, went once and don't want to come back

The room is like a converted apartment complex, the general view is just temporary.

The sea view room that the hotel did not clearly state has a view of only 2/3 of the sea, the remaining 1/3 is blocked by the building in front. The room is clean, but the wooden floor seems worn out over time. Enthusiastic and attentive staff.

wonderful, when I came here to rest with my family, the hotel was beautiful, fully equipped, and the scenery was wonderful.

It was nice and a very big property. Huge swimming pool and beach front. Kids enjoyed the pool with slide and water volley ball. The beach was very neat and clean. The only drawback is the location as it is a little away from the city center. Also, the buffet area has no AC and so it is really difficult to have food in hot weather there. No good restaurants nearby and have to travel to Hoi An for having lunch and dinner.

The pool view is great. Large, clean. There are floats for children. I was upgraded to a free sea view room. According to my taste, the breakfast buffet does not have many dishes to choose from. I only felt the welcome from afar from the man in a shirt and trousers in the lobby when I first checked in, enthusiastically guiding me to the counter, Linh the room attendant and the egg counter. Overall, at this price, it is quite okay to experience.
