Nice room, fast wifi, just a shame breakfast starts at 7, can't request earlier

It’s a nice, comfortable, and quiet hotel to relax in after a busy day at work. The food is also very decent and the staff is friendly. I enjoyed my whole week stay at this hotel!

It's worth staying here, it's clean, the staff are friendly, but the AC takes a long time to cool down, but for me who can't handle the cold, it's not a problem🥰

i booked deluxe king. the spacious room is nice for family stay, everything is provided including microwace, sink, bug refrigerator, sofa etc. just a little notes that the room is a bit dusty. overall the stay was wonderful, and the price is considered affordable

I was surprised when I arrived at the parking area, it was quiet, there were only 2-3 guest vehicles, probably because it was a weekday, but I didn't find anything lacking here, it was really worth it.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the facilities are quite complete, there is wifi, hot water, mini kitchen for breakfast.

The AC needs to be replaced because many of them are not cold enough and there is no hot water.

The hotel staff is friendly, check in and check out process is fast. The room atmosphere is comfortable, only when I stayed the hotel cafe was not open so I had to order from outside, but so far is good.

Overall the service is good, the staff is friendly, unfortunately the AC is not cold, but when I complained I was replaced with a room with cold AC. The bathroom smells. Maybe the drain needs to be cleaned.

Stayed 3 days upgraded to a bigger room. Because the AC was not cold enough moved to the front room. TV has no channels at all. The building is poorly maintained. Cleanliness is lacking.

The AC is not cold enough (warm) even though it is in cool mode and 17 degrees. When checking out, it seems like the Housekeeping Team is not on standby so it takes a long time. For a hotel priced at 300 thousand, there is no hot water for bathing. It's a bit strange. I checked in at night because I was packing up my stuff for moving so all the stuff was packed including the bed so I had to stay overnight because there was no mattress. It so happened that my rented house was close to this hotel. I wanted to relax with a hot water bathroom but it didn't work at all. Not worth it for the price of 350 thousand. It should be 150,000. Because the facilities are still better than my rented house.
