The service is good, the staff are very friendly, the facilities are complete, the breakfast menu has lots of choices, there is a warm water swimming pool, there is a mini zoo, playground, in short it is very kid friendly.

Always a memorable stay here. 5-star service. The facilities have also improved. This is my fourth stay. Will be back again.

For that price, there should be a smoking room and breakfast, but you can't smoke and you can't have breakfast either.

Warm welcome and clear explanation from the when we first came, very spacious room, one highlight from me is their food selection is very wide, delicious, well prepared from Indonesian, Japanese, Western, and kid-friendly. I can fulfill my tummy for breakfast and lunch at the same time since I tried all of their menu variance. They also have a rooftop bar at the top, can be a selection to spend the night with a city view. One improvement is the lift can be added imo especially during holiday season/peak hour; they only provided 2 lifts, when I stayed one lift got renovated and it caused a little longer to wait only for one lift to be accessed for all customers.

There were worms/caterpillars on the bed but the hotel team was quick to clean it and gave us a compliment cake which unfortunately was given at 10 pm😅 Next time, please pay attention to the cleanliness, if you bring children, there are worms/caterpillars on the bed, it's really scary if they get into their ears huhu Thank you grand sunshine!

The hotel is not far from the toll gate, clean, comfortable, and kid-friendly, with a mini zoo, indoor playground, outdoor playground, and swimming pool. The atmosphere is very cool and fresh, and the hotel's cleanliness is also commendable. Furthermore, the staff are all friendly and helpful.

The staff at the front desk, concierge, and room service are very prompt and friendly. 4. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but they're enough for a family. Furthermore, the room I stayed in was fairly soundproof. 5. The hotel's main attraction is the mini water park and heated pool. 6. The mini zoo and outdoor playground are just average and not particularly special. 7. The breakfast menu is varied, but the taste is average and not particularly special. The restaurant staff are helpful, but some are rude (perhaps because they're tired). 8. Final assessment: Hotel room: 7 out of 10 Hotel Wi-Fi: 3 out of 10, difficult to connect and very slow. The hotel's atmosphere is pleasant and convenient, and there's an Indomaret store right in front of the complex, so you can easily buy anything you want. The air feels clean, fresh, and cool, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a perfect place to find peace of mind in a pristine city.
