Initially choosing this hotel because of the reviews that had stayed here, finally choosing Oyo 700, after arriving there I was not really disappointed, the rooms were clean, quite spacious (thank God it was spacious) the facilities were also okay there was AC, hot water, TV and menu choices there in the restaurant is also cheap and delicious, the owner is also very friendly to us. The price is also friendly in my pocket, especially when I stay during the high season (23-27 dec. Anyway, I don't regret it). Going to Malioboro and Pasar Beringharjo, it is estimated that by car, when it is not jammed, it will take 20-30 minutes.

Another decent deal we got under 100k, This is a boarding house (Kostan) the room is clean, shower room is also clean and comfortable, huge parking space, the bed is very huge for a twin bed standard, owner is very friendly, location is satisfactory strategic, small shops and restaurants are nearby, overall it was satisfying

Very satisfying service. The guards are very friendly. Room facilities are good, bathrooms are good, warm water is on. WiFi problem is a bit lacking. Fairly extensive parking and a very strategic place.
