Right inside the mall, it's also easy to access. The walking distance to the Cititrans pool was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. My room, on the 6th floor, was clean and had a window overlooking the city and mountains.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, fast checkout and checkout processes. However, for breakfast, the egg section couldn't recognize who ordered first and who ordered later. So, we had to wait a long time for our eggs.

The security guard was very friendly, as was the receptionist. The CI and CO processes were very fast. Breakfast was quite varied, but the staff at the egg station was a bit slow; I had to ask several times for it to be made. It seemed like they forgot who ordered first and then ordered it later. So, there was a long wait for scrambled eggs.
