The facilities are very satisfying... Friendly service... Smooth Wi-Fi, there is a bonus massage at the front..., delicious food menu, the bathroom is already clean, affordable prices.... but like a 5-star hotel.... Basically all the facilities and services are very satisfying...

I've stayed here several times because it's close to culinary spots, malls, and easy access to public transportation.
However, there are some hotel items that need updating, namely the towels. In my opinion, they're beyond use, especially since the color has faded and the edges are torn.

a little disappointed because it doesn't match the order.. asked for a room view that could see the swimming pool, but instead it was closed by a wall, the swimming pool wasn't high enough, it seemed like the floor.. the bathroom and bed need repair, it's a shame, this strategic hotel needs renovation, it's more crowded

Stayed in room no. 508. The AC wasn't cold, for breakfast, it wouldn't have been a problem if it was delivered to the room with only 2 menus (fried noodles and fried rice) but the taste was lacking, even though it's usually delicious. Maybe they changed the chef 😁

The room is really big, comfortable for families, easy and fast access to go anywhere, easy to find food, next to the hotel there is a really delicious coconut satay seller and chicken soto, next to it there is a cafe with live music, close to the Surabaya city square, Surabaya Plaza and city hall, I think I will stay here again
