Just stayed here and it was a super cool experience! The staff was super friendly, check-in was fast, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the amenities were complete, and the view was top-notch. The location is strategic, close to popular spots, making traveling easier. The service is top-notch, I'll definitely be back!

The room was quite spacious, with a great view, and a very comfortable bed. They used Acqua di Parma soap and shampoo. Awesome! There were complimentary items in the mini fridge too. Unfortunately, the soundproofing wasn't very good. Noise from the rooms on the left and right, across from the room, and upstairs was quite audible and somewhat distracting. The pool was also overcrowded, with many people swimming without swimsuits. It made me reluctant to swim.

Stayed here 3 times, and tried the skyline, when we checked in we got a city view, it was awesome, the kids really liked it, on his birthday and our anniversary we were even happier celebrating by staying here, it was close to TSM and we could go to the mall many times, the kids kept playing and were happy, tried breakfast on the 18th floor too, the wind was strong but the view was really good 😍😭 there were lots of food variations, lots of welcome snacks, the best hotel for us while in Bandung, all the staff were VERY FRIENDLY, helpful, and the explanations were also complete,

I stayed there with my family by renting 4 rooms .. Check in there turned out to be at 3:00 PM while we arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM (as far as we know most hotels check in at 2:00 PM) .. I was told to wait for the room to be cleaned and finally at 3:00 PM only 1 room was ready, the second room was ready at 4:00 PM even though we kept asking the hotel, .. the third room was taken to the reception at 5:00 PM until the fourth room we were only able to enter at 6:00 PM but only got a dispensation from the hotel to check out until 1:00 PM (only 1 hour and that was only for the fourth room because we checked in at 6:00 PM) that was also because we complained .... the other rooms had to check out at 12:00 PM according to hotel regulations ..

We always happy, kids very fun staying in this hotel. This is our 3rd times staying in Trans Hotel Bandung. Thank you

The pool and service were outstanding. Highly recommended! However, the breakfast would be even better with more variety.
