Close to activity but also too loud

Good location. Clean apartment. It would have been better to know that it was remote check in prior to arrival. We expected to be greeted but needed to message to find pass key code to enter building and apartment. The one person lift from before WW2 was scary but it worked. Otherwise a nice apartment a very central part of the city. I would be happy to return.

Horrible customer service. I arrived and unfortunately for me had a sick baby with a 103 fever and 6 luggage pieces. We could not find our way to the property while making circles with a cab driver. Tried calling the property owner who did not respond until way later in the evening when we already had checked into hotel esplanade (beautiful property) because I had no option and couldn’t stand on the street waiting for the property owner to respond. When they finally did respond she did not seem to care whatsoever. Extremely rude!! Would not recommend to anyone.

This property does not abide by their own check-in procedure and left me stuck without my first night's accommodations! I booked 3 nights. 2 adults and a baby. I had to book across the street at New Dubrovnik for the first night when no one was there to meet me at Angel Main Square. When I arrived at Zagreb, within correct check-in hours, and advised the hotel through Expedia's direct chat that I had arrived, per their instructions, there was never an acknowledgment or answer. Why are you sending me check-in instructions through Expedia's chat function if you are not even reading answers?? This was not a great way to start my stay in Zagreb. It's the only means to communicate with you when you only have WiFi. I was also able to tether on a cell phone and called your numbers, but there was no response. Luckily, I found the manager through WhatsApp once I got on WiFi again the next day, and we were allowed to use the hotel on Days 2-3. I have no complaints about the accommodations themselves.

Great location in Old Town. Clean and spacious apartments. The family was very comfortable during our stay.

The location was amazing to all the main sights, the room was nicely presented and check in was easy. Comfort would have been improved if it was a double bed and complimentary coffee/tea would be nice touch to add!

The located was a block from one of the main squares. Several restaurants, coffee shopa and other shopping is everywhere. If you plan a a stop in Zagreb this is the place. The sounds of Christmas were everywhere and several Christmas Markets were basically right outside our door

Entrance od the building very shabby, elevator as well. Very narrow bed and extremely soft mattress.

Great area

Clean, well-furnished and perfect location one block from Ban Jelacic square. Very comfortable. Contactless check in was very efficient. Parking a little tricky - garage a few blocks away is very expensive. Dining and nightlife options are unlimited, but late night noise was an issue on the weekend. Maybe that's hard to avoid in such a central location. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location. Staff was very attentive. They answered my calls, and helped me to store my luggage. The apartment was in good shape, but very basic - was missing toiletries (though they brought them when i called to ask), and no tea, coffee, or laundry detergent.

This place is amazing and right in the city center. We really appreciate the location. We came just for overnight, but if we had more time, we would definately stay here longer. the room were very spacious, clean and we really felt there great.

We found the apartment excellent in every way. It was nspacious, clean, well located and also very modern and inviting. Finding the office was the most difficult part but the staff were very warm and helpful. Instructings such as the corner building, diagonally across from the. Hotel Debrovnik would be helpful.George

Not actually in the buildings pictured on Expedia. Nice bedding provided. Elevator is very smelly like damp mould but room was good

Good location..a bit noisy in the evenings with nightly pick ups from the garbage/recycling trucks. Ear plugs are a must!

Not much to like besides the central location. Dislikes include; Overpriced, noisey, needs blackout curtains from street lights, carpet was filthy, no toiletries, no tea or coffee, old and ugly building, checkin was difficult to find and had to call to meet someone, room wasn’t ready and had to leave bags in unsecured room, aircon didn’t work, no English tv channels, washer but no dryer, generally uninviting room.
