Very good for the price. Facilities are a little bit dated, but that is the norm for this type of establishment. The breakfast and dinner were very nice traditional Japanese meals that could not be faulted. Overall really enjoyed the stay at a reasonable price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not speak English, but we used Google Translate to communicate. The room was spacious. The bath was very warm, but relaxing. Very traditional Japanese breakfast as well. Overall, great experience.

The quietness makes me feel I return to nature again. Besides, the service was so good, people at Bekkan were friendly and supportive. I enjoyed 1 night staying here and definitely want to go back someday.

Room is spacious. Room entrance is welcome feel. Hot spring is nice. Hotel worker is warm and welcoming.

A lovely stay in a ryokan. The room was very large, the onsen facilities were great and it was easy to check in with very polite and helpful staff. The meals were great - very traditional Japanese food and a great way to try lots of new foods and explore the Japanese culture. An essential part of the Japanese experience.

The stay was peaceful and the staff are very kind to us. We had half-board and food was also very good.

Very nice accommodations for the price. Clean facilities. Very friendly staff (although their English is limited). Essential instructions are provided in English (although we are able to communicate in Japanese). Very generous and tasty Japanese style meals. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for reasonable but good accommodations and is willing to challenge the language gap.

温泉のお湯で肌がつるつるになります。値段以上に夕食が豪勢です。ゆっくりできました。

施設は新しいわけではないけれど、清潔に整えられています。また、食事が最高に良かったです。ボリュームも味も良く大満足でした。温泉も良かったです。

建物は昔ながらの和室でしたが、綺麗でしたし静かでした。食事も美味しくて、量は食べきれないほどで、十分満足でした。

スタッフの心のこもった接客や行き届いたサービスがとても良かったです。お食事も大変美味しかったです。

清幽古樸的日式旅館，整體環境乾淨整潔，房間寬敞舒適舒適，早餐也非常豐盛。

大浴場が綺麗でした。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。従業員の方も親切でフレンドリーでした。また行きたいです。

住宿不錯，但附近真的太少東西吃，只能開車到別處。職員態度很好。唯一留意是洗澡只能到大澡堂，房內沒有獨立設施洗澡。

友達家族と子どもを連れて宿泊。 とても親切に対応頂き、食事は美味しくボリューム満点。 部屋は階下が温泉だったため、子どもが多少はしゃいでも安心感があり助かりました。 露天風呂があれば満点です。
