Lovely apartment, Great location - walking distance to all attractions. Staff lovely & helpful would highly recommend.

Property was as expected but the doors were difficult to unlock and we were stuck for a while outside at night trying to open. No other issues other than that though.

Fantastic time, the staff were very friendly and helpful,the area was a short walk from the town square with shops restaurants bars and pubs, you could eat and drink cheaply or go for a more expensive meal. Will be going back as we enjoyed it so much. Krakow is beautiful.

Really well situated property. Clean and although we booked a basic twin room it was large,spacious and spotless. Would recommend as very close to all attractions and amenities and good info and communication prior and during stay

Really handy to the Old Town. Nice location with delis and restaurants nearby. Very handy to railway station if walking isn't your thing. Really good value for money.

Apartment was basic, but we knew that before going! There are other options available. Very clean, good location, around 5-10mins walk to town square. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Perfect location, quiet, clean and ideal for a few days city break

Nice place. Clean. Quiet. Comfy bed. Had good water pressure, tea/coffee, kettle, safe, TV, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and dishes. Helpful instructions for late night check in. Offered hotel pickup and tours for additional fee. My driver from airport was great. Great location. I'd stay here again.

Its not thr four-seasons but it is CLEAN, parking on the street directly in front of the building, and renovations are being done. The beds were comfortable. Staff was kind and excellent. I would stay here again because its convenient walk to town. It is an apartment locked off within an apartment building. Great for the price once they finish the entrance construction.

Apartment is outdated and should be renovated. Location is great, and front desk staff was very helpful as well. No specific complaint, but frankly I would have invested a bit more next time for a better place.

We took family room for 4, unfortunately we got 4 single beds that one of them was a sofa very hard to sleep on. There are better rooms with big beds but we didn’t get them. The apartment located perfectly close to everything so that’s the good. No air conditioning in the room and krakow is very hot in the summer
