Not good.

this is a humble hotel, no mini-fridge, no microwave, and no breakfast. The desk clerk was vaping while she was sitting there. Not a lot of dining options nearby. Park across the street is quite unkempt, but I felt safe walking to the metro.

having stayed in many hotels in Milan, I found this one to be pleasant. It is very basic, but it is a convenient area with great transport link into the city and to Linate airport. The staff were very welcoming. I would strongly recommend if you are looking for a quick and simple place to stay during a visit to Milan.

I would only recommend this property to someone who has previously been homeless…but they were long term homeless. Don’t worry about the included breakfast…there is none!! No fridge in your room or even cups! You are staying in the worst part of Milan central! Beds were horrible and bedding was horrible!! This is lower than 1 star accommodation!!

Walking distance to the Milan Centrale Station. Near LIN airport, about 20 minutes. Staff are so friendly and rooms are nice with a mini kitchenette. Definitely coming back to this place!

Firstly, the owners and staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Unfortunately, the things that went wrong happened when none of them were on the premises because of my very early flight. The TV did not have a great reception on many of the channels; the water was cold for my shower; the room was humid and did not have air conditioning; Without staff in attendance, I couldn't find my way out of the hotel and thought I was locked in - resulting in the cab company charging me double for "waiting time"!

Not sure why they charge €5 as you stated that we only need to pay €2 for city tax.

Well, it's not expensive, so my expectations were in accordance and in total I am satisfied. Room was very clean and relatively large. It was dark, unfortunately . The hotel is located in safe area, about 15 min walking distance to LIMA metro station, to Milano Centrale - about 40 min walking. WiFi was not good at all in the room, so I had to stay in the corridor. Locks and keys are old-style, so I would not leave something valuable in the room, even it looked like descent people stay there (students, some couples of average age). Staff was nice and friendly. Cleaning woman was fluent at 3 languages at least, so she helped me to communicate with the office when I wanted to change the room for a bigger one. Big thanks to her!

Todo estuvo bien, solo que al final el host me cobró 25 euros injustamente, solo porque una persona entro a la habitación de visita.

Absolute horror stay! I slept there one night, woke up with at least 5 bed bug bites, the blankets are nasty, basically a white sheet, a picnic blanket which was very itchy and on top an ugly flowery cover thing…it was very loud, so not much sleep. Plus, with city taxes 100€…definitely a big mistake staying there.

Bon établissement. Bien placé, excellent rapport qualité prix.

Grande errore prenotare questo hotel per lavoro. Foto della vetrina fuorvianti perché stanza piccolissima con mobilio risicato, copriletti consunto. Bagno piccolo da ristrutturare. Reception assente nelle ore notturne. Potrebbe andare bene per dei ragazzi dati che è vicino all’università ma il costo seppure limitato rispetto al resto di Milano, rimane ingiustificato

Overnattede en uge i november. Hotellet ligger lige overfor Politechnico di Milano's hovedbygning, mens værelserne alle peger ud mod diverse baggårde. Der er ingen nat-reception (ret beskrivelsen, hotels.com!), men det var nemt at få en nøgle på trods af vi kom meget sent. værelserne er ucharmerende med kun enten helt tændt eller helt slukket lys og et lille fjernsyn med 2-300 italienske kanaler. reklamebillederne er ret præcise. Varmen slukkedes om natten. Badeværelset var lille og ligeså bruseren, men rengøringen var upåklagelig. morgenmad var italiensk, dvs. 1 frisklavet kop kaffe + en frisk croissant med noget i (chokolade), der blev serveret i den lille reception. Der ligger en god, hyggelig irsk pub ved siden af med mere end 100 whiskies, og det trak op.
