Average hotel facilities, very helpful staff.

We were almost forced to stay here when our flights were cancelled, and everything else was booked… but it was a blessing as there were late night food options and the staff was extremely accommodating.

We’ve stayed here numerous times. They were able to accommodate an early check in we requested a week before check in date which was nice. It would be appreciated if the staff at the front desk would assist guests in the order they line up! As opposed to allowing people to push their way to the front of the line and assist them while others are waiting.

We were very tired and needed a place to stay. The beds were very comfy. The shower was amazing and the hot tub was the icing on the cake.

A missed flight left us stranded until the following day. We booked a standard room. Check-in was very friendly and welcoming, and we were very pleased with our room. Very nice amenities in the public spaces as well. The restaurant is open late (whew!) and had a wonderful selection of vegetarian friendly dishes that made our day. We will stay again.

Stayed one night, hotel was clean, room was large, staff was friendly and amenities were nice. The shuttle bus to the airport was a plus

We stayed at the Westin Calgary and were very pleased. The room was spacious and clean, everything was thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were simply excellent: a large selection and everything was very tasty. Special thanks to the staff - incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. A wonderful combination of service and comfort, I will be happy to come back again!

Really enjoyed my stay. Very close to the airport, so we stayed here the night we arrived for our trip to Banff and the night before we left. Very friendly staff and well appointed roons.
