Overall, happy with my stay.

The staff was helpful and spoke English. Check in was a breeze and cute experience. Definitely will come again

Pros: So quiet. Best sleep. Opening window. Great air con. Kettle and coffee maker in room. Hairdryer in room. Comfortable bed. Peaceful. Safe area. 24/7 hot drinks in lobby/water fountain. Lots of cafes and supermarkets nearby.

The hotel itself is amazing but we checked out on the 08 of June till now we haven’t received our 200€ deposit not yet.

Small room. Same and one person to help on guest desk and breakfast. Not to much choice in breakfast ( I didn't understand the other reviews). Old hotel and no views from your room.

The area was very quiet and the staff are amazing.

Compact but clean and modern room. Rooms looks a lot bigger on website. Check in disappointing with reception guy being really uninterested and talking to someone else on the phone as he checked us in!

The night shift receptionist Ahmed was absolutely brilliant and helped me with a problem and went above and beyond his duty. He is.an excellent representation of the hotel and company, he made my stay very nice and with his help I managed to relax

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Quiet and pleasant overall stay. Room was comfortable but compact. Only negative was plastic barrier under the sheets which is understandable but not the most comfortable for a warm sleeper.

Friendly staff. Large and comfortable room for three people. Great location and short walk to the station and supermarket/restaurants. My daughter loved the nearby splash pad. We would definitely stay again if visiting Paris and the surrounding area.

The rooms were underwhelming and exceptionally small, however the staff was top notch and friendly, despite my inability to speak French.

Fine location welcoming staff but why is the front door locked. Great if you love perfume. The room only had a very small table. Unsuitable for home-work.

Hotel is located in a very convenient location. Access to T2 tramway and Mount Valerien/Surenes Metro station is just a 5 min or so walk up the hill. My personal preference is to use the metro/train station. It's 2 stops to La Defense Grand Arche and you can access the other metro lines. During metro strike, I had no issues getting around because of access to Line 1 and T2. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Have stayed here twice and highly recommend

Very good hotel, it is clean and is close to the train station. The breakfast was great and is definitely worth 17EUR for an all you can eat buffet. All the receptionists were exceptionally nice. If I am back in Paris in the future, I will definitely consider this hotel for another stay.
