Good option close to the airport and car rentals.

Hotel was nice but my room really smelled of damp 😢 very strong smell

A very well run hotel. A bit pricey in the bar and restaurant, but I guess that’s London for you 😕

It was very comfortable and clean we really recommend it 😁. The room had excellent facilities ( microwave, kettle, coffee machine) which helped a lot before a long trip. It was quite expensive

Great hotel staff and service

Enjoyed the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Rooms were clean, large shower and plenty of lighting. 1 USB port for charging, will need a UK plug in adapter if from the US. Wonderful staff, convenient shuttle to airport for less then $10 or 7£

Bed was comfy. Staff is very helpful.

Great overall experience, had scheduled electrical outage, but was very accommodating, pleasant helpful, and made it not a big inconvenience.

Fold out bed was very uncomfortable, was covered with a single sheet that kept coming off during the night. Thermostat said it was much colder than it was, so was unable to make it colder. This made it too hot that night.

Close to airport and and inexpensive compared to hotels in London, ideal for someone who only needs to see a few sights outside of London, such as Windsor or Oxford etc.

Excellent location and good transportation to/from Heathrow airport. Could not be better!

Great room however our sofa bed was notade up and no bedding was provided and getting it was very slow

Not a fan, will never stay again. Staff needs more training in the "hospitality" part of their jobs.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location to Heathrow While the main areas on the main floor were clean and very well maintained the first floor where our room was located had very dirty carpeting in the hallway and smelled of food. It was disgusting and constant, everytime you entered the hallway all you smelled was smelly food. Thankfully the room did not smell that way otherwise we would have not stayed.

Excellent service and staff, plus a bedroom with an easily accessible shower (unlike our previous stay when the shower was accessible over a high sided bath).
