We loved taking a boat over to the island. The cabin was nice and comfortable. Dinner was good - they allowed for some to not do the full 3 courses. Breakfast was fabulous! Was fun to walk around the island, but not much to do in evening. We stayed one night and was just right for us.

Charming “village” of renovated cabins with a single bar and restaurant. It was very atmospheric and a lovely stop enroute from Alesund to Trondheim. Not much to do there so arriving around 5:00 or 6:00pm is perfect for your overnight stay.

Olav, Patrick, and Karina were so hospitable and made our stay fabulous on this hidden gem of an island.

What an amazing place. We stayed in one of the traditional fisherman's huts which was an incredible experience. The staff were so helpful - offered us kayaks to explore around the small island. Great food. A real experience.

A unique and memorable experience, a lovely cabin, delicious food and friendly staff. Would thoroughly recommend!

Wonderful hotel

This an island hotel that used to be a fishing village. You park on their shore parking lot and a hotel power boat transfer you you to the island which is a mile off shore. Restautant on the island. Hytte (cabins) are rusticoutside and modern inside. A unique experience!

Very nice place, great boat trip, cute buildings

You can't beat the special location of this spot. When you arrive by boat (it was a bit tricky finding out when you should be there to meet the boat) it looks and feels like you are arriving at an old fishing village. The cabins have a wonderful cozy atmosphere, the food was terrific and when I went to check out I could heat otters playing below the wharf.

They gave us a great room and an excellent breakfast. The staff was very friendly as well.

Hanne and Ketil were the perfect hosts in this magical place! Warmth and care personified. The food is spectacular. Every meal was a delight. The views are stunning and it would be easy to just spend the day watching for otters and eagles. We will return in 2021. We’re already committed to it!

Un hôtel très original sur une petite île privative. Dépaysant et particulièrement calme avec une chambre dotée d'un petit balcon sur l'océan. A la fois atypique mais avec toutes les commodités. Restauration un peu onéreuse mais de bonne qualité. Vaut le déplacement.

Dette stedet må bare oppleves. Nydelig sted med fantastisk atmosfære og god service fra vi ble hentet på brygga til vi dro.

Supert opphold på egen øy i havgapet. God mat og koselig sted.

Innsjekkingen vart 1 time seinere enn planlagt.

Restauranten var litt skuffende. Dårlig komponert meny. Også masete musikk i kafeen/puben. Hvorfor på et så rolig og fint sted?
