Highly recommended, location very close to Nishiki Market (1 min walk). Ta-q-bin (Yamato transport) just opposite the hotel, all rooms are clean, and the most important thing is very friendly and helpful staff. I lost my diamond earring on the check-out day and only realized once I reached Tokyo. It was found in the bathroom, and the hotel staff helped deliver it to my hotel in Tokyo.

Very recommended! So close to tourist destination, bus station, cafe, restaurant, konbini. So clean, easy to find, free breakfast from Doutor, cozy, good sleep, safe and sound. Having a good time here, even though it's very small space inside the room but it's OK, affordable price I like it very much! Keep up the good work to all staff 💪

The location is not too close to Kyoto Station, but quite close to the station and bus stop that can connect to Kyoto Station. However, the hotel location is very close to Nishiki market, lots of delicious snacks. Apart from that, there are also other shopping streets that can be accessed on foot. It's good for exploring the surrounding area. There are also many shops along the road. Only from the side of the room, the bed is more suitable for sleeping, the room is not very comfortable. Compared to Osaka, this is a room with the minimum facilities with the same room rate. A pair of pajamas is provided (it's not bad you don't need to bring pajamas), slippers, a toothbrush and basic amenities. The only downside is that bathrooms are only available on certain floors. 1st floor: general, 2nd floor: men, 3rd floor: women. So if you get a room other than that floor, it's a bit of a chore, so in the morning you're still dirty and you have to go downstairs and meet strangers. There is a washing machine + dryer (400 yen) which is good so you don't need to bring too many clothes. Very suitable for people who like to explore and really book a hotel just to sleep.

The hotel location is very close to so many stores and fish market. The staff are helpful, all necessities are provided including pajamas. The room is a-OK as it is a little bit small, just right for spending the night. The Wi-Fi is good, the overall cleanliness is clean. There is a luggage storage for prior check-in too, which is very convenient.

we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, very close to shijo station, seven eleve, family Mart, Starbucks the hotel was very clean, receptionist speak English very well laundry service is available, the cost only 500 yen min. 3 kg

Everything about this hotel was perfect! Facilities was awesome, cleanliness was perfect, location was great. I really like the fact that all of the water in this hotel are filtered so I can always fill up the bottle for the day. The tablet in each bedroom was great too as I can see which bathroom/washing machine was empty. I would totally come back here again if I'm visiting Kyoto next time.

Stayed at the pocket hotel Kyoto-Shi Jokarasuma because of a recommendation from a friend. Very satisfied staying at this hotel, pleasant atmosphere, in accordance with the picture, clean, neat, complete facilities, very comfortable, close to major roads, shops and bus stops.

The hostel looks new & modern, the appearance is the same as the photo on traveloka. Strategic location and easy to find, can walk about 10 minutes to the bus stop & subway. Very close to the nishiki market, starbuck, rows of shops & places to eat. Complete & high tech facilities, in the room there is a tablet for internet, ac control, lights, check the status of the shower room & laundry whether it is available / not. Get toiletries complete with towels, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, conditioner until you get a pair of nightgowns like in a sauna (t-shirt & shorts). The staff are all friendly too
