Lots of amazing shopping and food options around the property. Large rooms and balconies, only complaint is the bed sheets and towels had odd burned smell to them.

The King suite is absolutely luxurious. The staff are so completely professional and wonderful to work with. Highest quality.

My stay in the suite at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The space was elegant, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for total comfort. The highlight? An unbelievable hot tub with the most breathtaking view of the city—watching the skyline from there was a dream. Amazing and friendly staff, great rooms, especially for the price. The place is clean and has many accommodations, definitely worth the money, location is nice also.

The staffs were all helpful and accommodating, and even called us to see if we wanted our room to be cleaned. We had the breakfast deal during our stay and the food was exceptional, the waitress and staffs were exceptional and by day 2 they knew all of our orders without saying a word. The property was within walking distance to the shopping malls, metro and restaurants which made is so great. I would definite book with Harmonie Embrassee Osaka the next time we are in Osaka for sure!! i

It close to everything you can walk anywhere from there. The breakfast were really good.

The staff was amazing and so kind and attentive not to mention our rooms view from the patio was amazing!

Room was spacious and impeccably clean. The balcony was a great feature. My only issue was the temperature was almost impossible to control. The sun heated the room but the air conditioning was very poor. I had to open the balcony doors to cool the room down.

Good location close to Hankyu, stores and restaurants. Best of all, there was an open bar every evening for hotel guests. It's a tad expensive but the rooms are also more spacious than most hotels in Japan

Nice environment

The hotel feels really luxurious, the amenities are top notch and the rooms are fascinating with incredible views! We stayed on a Junior Suite which has almost a 360 view with balconies on both sides of the room (it is on the corner of the building). You have a mini-bar in the room with free coffee, tea, some beers and non-alchoholic beverages such as juice. They really went the extra mile to accomodate our requests and the room was always clean and taken care of. They also offer a complimentary drinks and snacks on their lobby / terrace (#osakaNights) with incredible drinks and an amazing atmosphere. Most of the staff speaks english which is a plus for foreign visitors. It is well located within a 10 minute walk from the nearest subway/train station. The hotel is supposedly 4 star but honestly is more than 5 star with great and high quality amenities, spacious and luxurious rooms and great service! Highly recommended! <3

Great location—a short walk to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, and tons of interest along the way. Super well-appointed—in-suite laundry, mini-fridge, cooktop, microwave. Super comfortable rooms and beds! Loved it. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Harmonie Embrassee Hotel! Staff was friendly and very helpful. I love that took their time out of their day to blow up balloons to place on the beds, folded up a cute character out of a hand towel and wrote a birthday card greeting. The hotel is also located in a ver convenient location close by a train station, shopping malls and eateries. Highly recommended

Excellent service and staff

Spacious room, well appointed with coffee/tea service, minibar, nice bathroom and very large balcony with great city view. Pajamas, robe and house slippers provided. So incredibly quiet! Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I loved the complimentary evening drink/snack service on the outdoor garden terrace. Easy walk to Osaka Station, food and shopping. I stayed 3 nights and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!!
