Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money

The staff were very courteous and attentive to our needs. The staff gave us a check in receipt with instructions on how to operate our room lights, breakfast times, key instructions for our room, and check out info. Unfortunately we did not pay attention to the check out time but they called and reminded us. The staff were kind and extended our time for us for a small fee which we did not mind paying to be there the hour over time. The hotel was the most pleasant hotel experience we have had in all over our traveling and we will be returning again in April 2026.

Very close to the Biwako station which was convenient, and the breakfast was great! However, the rooms are small and the bed was HARD! Still a good value for the price.

Close to railway station

Located in the middle of the city and close to the train station. They have limited parking spaces. So had to use coin parking.

Not even a bottle of water nor a a cup of coffee were found in the room.

Staff are friendly and extremely convenient location! Bed was extremely firm, but some how not painful, pillows also extremely firm- seems overfilled with feathers. Breakfast was great every morning, if you want to get the baked good, best get up earlier as they run out and don’t get refilled. Fresh towels are given every day, leave the used ones outside your door along with the big and both will be replaced. Shampoo, conditioner and body was all provided in room. Razors and some other items near the front desk.

We stayed at this hotel as we were going to meet our friends in Koka City. We were surprised that it is a new hotel thus the facilities are so new. The room and bathroom is spacious for Japan standard. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this location.
