The ambiance, location, cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness of the staff are undeniable. I once lost my debit card while exercising on the Sanur beachfront path. I reported it to the receptionist. Shortly afterward, the hotelier informed me that the card had been found and could be retrieved at the front office. What a service!!! Thank you Hyatt family for your hospitality, and you guys have a great service! ❤️

It's a shame, the promises on the website looked so charming—stretching green lawns and open ocean views. But in reality, the rooms we were given faced a wall. For a property that prioritizes a premium image, Furthermore, the staff lacked product knowledge and often forgot things.

Feel home hotel, location, service, friendly staff, good food. I stay here always when I am in Bali!

My husband and I were so impressed with the hotel. Everything was perfect. We stayed for 1 week. And that wasn’t enough! Next time we will come back and stay longer!!!

So far everything is fun and well maintained. The facilities are very complete, the clinic even has doctors and nurses. It's just that when we checked in on January 30, 2025, it was crowded, and we waited almost 1 hour to check in. Then our suitcases and some of our belongings were not delivered to the room for almost 1 hour, until finally we came to pick them up from the receptionist in the lobby. Need better communication and more agile staff. Everything else is okay, no problems. Good Job

Check-in was a bit late, but staff was very helpful and even gave a birthday surprise! :)

Everything was great, except for the mosquitoes in the room… and also I wished there were more clear directional signs, it was pretty easy to get lost walking around the hotel premises. I love that the TV was compatible with mirror screening from our devices.

We enjoyed our stay in Hyatt Regency, in terms of location, food, size of the room, swimming pool. Understood the hotel is aging, please make sure that all things are working well before handover keys to the customers. My wastafel is leakage and toilet smell bad all the time.

It's an oldschool hotel but so well maintained. The lobby is beautiful. I did some work/attend a training online while staying there and it felt great. Restaurant in beachfront is good. All staff are helpful and friendly. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Hyatt Regency Bali.

A very comfortable place for a family-like staycation.

Facilities are run down, corridor very dirty, garden no maintenance and comforting and relaxing. But the linen are very clean and food are very good.

Excellent and relaxing stay at Hyatt Regency! We had 6 days vacation in Bali and it would not be any better break than this one. Hotel complex is very very comfortable and all facilities are first class. Room, breakfast, pool, dinner, extremely friendly staff. We liked it a lot.
