I stayed for one night and booked a room last minute.
Overall rating:
The price is very good compared to the quality of the room and facilities.
The location is right in the city center, there is Vincom below so it is convenient for shopping and eating, there are Highlands, Starbucks below the building.
The staff in the hotel are polite, greeting guests coming in and out, very good.
However, I have a review about the receptionist at the hotel having an inappropriate attitude towards guests when checking in.
That person's name is Huong, standing at the Priority counter, around 9pm on October 24, 2025.
*** When checking in, that person's face didn't have a smile on it, it was an unpleasant face (I think it was Ms. Huong's normal face or something???), then she asked me if I wanted a room with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, I was very tired so I thought about answering slowly, then that person spoke again in a tone that I thought was not very nice.
Then, she confirmed and said: "I'm staying ONLY 1 night". Maybe I'm sensitive, but I travel and stay in many hotels, usually in the Accor system, no one would say "ONLY 1 night" like that to a guest, from Vietnam to abroad. It felt impolite.
When giving the room card, she didn't say how to log in to wifi, I had to ask again. I really appreciate that this person works in the service industry, and is also the front desk of a high-class hotel, but his behavior is not right, very unfriendly to guests because throughout the check-in, he kept a face without a single welcoming smile and his face was so angry. The hotel needs to consider and retrain!!!
In the review, I took a picture of the room, the room was not cleaned properly, there were still glass stains from previous guests. Should be more careful in this matter of cleaning the room.
Sincerely.
