All the staff were amazing. The rooms were immaculate. The dining experience was perfect and the food was delicious. The pool was perfect. The scenery around the hotel was wonderful. The grounds were kept up. The owner even checked on us occasionally. We can’t wait to come back.

The staff and room were amazing, topped off hy the amazing views. I personally am not a hige fan of korean food, so i was not able to order much from the restaurant menu during my stay. However that does not take away from the amazing view and very accommodating wait staff.

Pool was very nice! Room and facilities very outdated. Food was terrible!! Ordered eggs Benedict and got poached egg on rock hard toast smothered in mayonnaise. Very overpriced for conditions of property. Didn’t even have bartender for mixed drinks… so shots only. Dining area was nice but food wasn’t edible.

I enjoyed everything about it especially the staff, they were nothing but nice and attentive. I think this place made me fall in love with Sairgao, it was away from all the tourist spots and the scooter rental was done on site! I miss it already. Shot out to Aya (and the front desk Gentleman)! Their kindness and service was amazing!

We wanted a restful, quiet place to re-charge and we found the perfect place! Only 4 of 16 units were occupied and we saw the other vacationers only once! Even our gracious host and resort owner confirmed it himself - 'Pretend like you own the place' - he said! The lush gardens, the beach, the ocean, the pool, the spacious eating area/restaurant, and even the sunrise and sunset - they all seemed at our exclusive beck and call! Thank you to the owners and the staff at Retreat Siargao Resort for making our first trip to Siargao truly memorable. We will be back and take more friends along with us when we do!

Even though the property has its share of being ran down over the years, it was clean and comfortable enough, with nice pool and strong water pressure for showering. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The owners (Jason & wife) were courteous and friendly, as they introduced themselves and gave us a background on how their resort business started. Remember, you will not be in a five star hotel, but you should just make the best of it. I still recommend this place for adventurers.

Unfortunately, this will be my first and last stay with this resort. Stayed 3 nights, first time in Siargao. Was surprised with complimentary 10-course Korean food dinner on my first night. That was very nice. My room was ok. Bathroom needs to be upgraded. I was on the first floor which was a mistake, few insects and tiny ants, I think. Pool was nice and warm. But the beach is really not a beach. Didn't look safe to swim in it. Resort is quite far from the main area, General Luna, where the stores, shops and restaurants. Staff were all nice and accommodating.

An early check in without extra charge and a complimentary 10-course dinner were highly appreciated.

First, I give it that the staff are friendly and accomodating. But everything is overpriced according to the quality. Bathroom is not that well-cleaned. Surrounding beach is full of seaweeds and unkept.

We had an enjoyable experience here. The staff and owner were very friendly and professional. It is an excellent location, good view of the ocean from the suites windows and balcony/patios. The ocean is nice to swim in here. The pool is refreshing, clean, not much chemicals (if any). The suites are clean, large, comfortable, well appointed and well maintained. In the suite is a large fridge, real ground (not instant) coffee & coffee maker, full size water cooler/dispenser, smart TV (with Netflix or whatever else), strong wifi, great air con (x2), comfy beds and linens. The food in the restaurant (including breakfast each morning) was delicious, with large portions at a great price. The Korean food is so good, but also the international and Filipino offerings. The staff constantly gave us complementary dishes and side dishes; they made us feel like VIP guests every day. We will stay here again, as it is perhaps the Most well rounded, nicest place we have stayed in the Philippines. This place is better than most 5 star resorts, as they really care about the guests and do not nickel and dime guests.

We had an amazing stay at Retreat Siargao Resort. Beautiful resort. The wonderful staff made our stay wonderful, will definitely be back!
