Great experience, hotel was clean, I can see monkeys playing in the nearby forest from my room balcony! Took my time soaking in bathtub, which was very relaxing.

The Vouk Supposed To Have 3 Start Rather Than 4/5 Hotel Or Resort
Stay For 2 Night ... The Hotel Is Good , What Need To Improve :
1. I Need To Wait 1 Hour For Check In Because The Room Wasnt Ready
2. Extra 45 Minutes To Get My Luggage Deliver to The Room
3. The Food Have No Many Option,and Some Items Is Out Of Stock ( They Need Refill Several Times )
4. Maybe Because The Number of Staff is Smalll, It Takes A Time For Them To Clean Our Room , Its a 3-4 Pm and we need to call Them First
