We were also extremely disappointed with the condition of the pool facilities, including the malfunctioning showers and changing rooms, and the staff's disregard for guests' comfort and privacy. Concerning the location of the room on a floor under renovation, the cleanliness, and the unpleasant atmosphere, we understand your disappointment. Providing guests, especially families, with accommodations in such conditions is unacceptable and will be thoroughly inspected. We apologize for the lack of public facilities, particularly a prayer room, which caused inconvenience. This demonstrates a negligence in routine inspections, which we will rectify in the future.
