Everything the hotel provided is very dirty. Blanket is dirty and stained. Bathroom very smelly, I spray air freshener and after about 30mins, the smell is back again! The hotel is not even worth the price.

The check-in process took a long time. They can't find the confirmation.

My one night stay was OK with the room offered. However, personally I hope that the management can improve the level of hygiene and cleanliness of the lobby especially. I noticed unpleasant bad odor came from the lobby or counter areas probably cat odors or something damp from the carpet/upholstery. The room condition was OK but the air-conditioner was covered with dusts and not cleaned.

Strategic location near shops, banks, restaurants and malls. The room price is very reasonable and the hotel staff is also friendly.. overall the best.

This hotel is my favorite hotel every time to Kuala Lumpur. But 2 times I stayed back this hotel condition was very unsatisfactory in terms of cleanliness. Mattresses and pillows and towels are not clean and shabby. Others are still ok. Please the hotel take immediate action.

Penginapan yang menyenangkan. Mudah mendapatkan makanan dan terdapat banyak kedai makanan arab bilik agak selesa dan harga berpatutan. Boleh dijadikan tempat transit bagi yang nak bercuti pendek.

The room was quite comfortable, but smelled of cigarettes upon entering the room. easy to find food here. the main problem of staying at this hotel is that it is difficult to get parking because during the day there are too many people.

Stuffy and somewhat smelly old hotel.

The hotel is located in a strategic location. It's easy to get food. Clean hotel. very friendly staff, roomy and comfortable. so worth it and my choice every night in Kuala Lumpur.

Strategic place, near to find food, to Rs Gleneagles is also close. Charger travel is behind, hopefully when the visit is still there.

The location is very good, close to hospitals and many culinary places. For that price rate, the hotel safari is satisfying.
