Maintenance is not being carried out, many facilities need to be replaced, especially the mattresses, etc., which are uncomfortable and make your body ache. Just stay here once.

Because we were traveling with a baby, we were given an upgraded room, and with easy access to the restaurant and pool, we were able to spend a very comfortable time.

Everything is good, spacious room, good service, only plug 3 is loose for plug 2 when charging

Very strategic location in Canggu, good service, varied and delicious food, direct access to the beach, large and clean swimming pool.

- Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and overall amenities need to be upgraded (only a white toothbrush and small toothpaste like a small Bintang class) - The door to room 5035 is difficult to close from the outside, sometimes getting stuck. - The pool needs a general cleaning; the water is starting to become less clear. - Breakfast doesn't have much variety, but it's okay, and the view is worth it. Relaxing. Some items: latte/cappuccino, eggs benedict are additional items that require a fee. + View from the Beach Club, from room 5035 from the Vue Restaurant: Extraordinarily Beautiful. + Direct beach access. + Friendly staff, and additional mineral water orders are readily available. + I want to return. Hopefully the room rates will be more affordable 😂

We came here for our honeymoon. The place is great, the rooms are spacious, and the beach pool is really cool.

Plus points: - Great location near a major beach club - Ample parking. It's hard to find a place like this in Canggu - Very large room. More like an apartment - Quite a wide variety of food - Reasonable price for what you get Minuses: - The hotel is old. The building, furnishings, and facilities are wearing out. - My room's toilet was difficult to flush - The distance to the restaurant is quite far - The food was mediocre

This place was simply amazing. Top-tier service, food, and amenities, with a really affordable price for a 5-star service. The swimming pool is huge, right on the beach where it is easy to find surf classes, cocktails, nice music, and even morning and afternoon pool activities. Within 20 minutes walking distance from the center, and with free shuttles and bikes offered to the guests. The food was amazing, and the breakfast had an incredible amount to choose from.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are very spacious, especially those facing the beach, the breakfast is very complete and delicious, and of course, the most comfortable place for a staycation, complete with a swimming pool and beach.

The last experience was quite satisfying, I was given free ice cream when I checked in. But during breakfast, I was usually allowed to bring it to my room, but now I can't.. whereas others were too lazy to go down to the restaurant because it was far from the room.. I was too lazy to walk.. If it was good before, if I wanted to rush out, the hotel would quickly give me a takeaway box so I could have breakfast in the car..

My go-to hotel for Bali. Yesterday, I stayed alone and chose the smallest room, but when I checked in, it was huge. It was too big for one person, with a balcony, two TVs, and even a sofa. This was my first time in a big room, as I was a bit scared sleeping alone. The lights, as usual, were dim. The bathroom mirror was also rusty, making it even more scary. I had to video call someone to feel like I had someone to sleep with. 😭 The food at the restaurant on my second day (Saturday) wasn't very varied, probably because it wasn't high season. If you order coffee other than black, there's an extra charge (as far as I remember, it was free a few months ago). Also, the trash cans need to be checked regularly. Earlier, in front of the elevator on the 4th floor, I smelled an unpleasant odor in the area (like used sanitary napkins) several times. I ordered: Iced latte 35,000 Rupiah (tax included) French fries 98,000 Rupiah (although pricey, they were really delicious)
