The staff and service are quite satisfactory... only the breakfast menu is not very creative. I stayed there for 5 days, almost the same, it's the same thing.

The staff was friendly and honest. I left my phone in the lobby yesterday, and after a few hours, they confirmed it was there. Great service, keep up the good work and improve the breakfast selection... 🙂

I stayed overnight on the 16th because we wanted to rest before going home to our village and while having breakfast my husband suddenly fainted. The Rangkayo Basa team quickly took him to the hospital, thank God, even though I was really panicking.

The hotel is nice, quite clean, not too cramped, the price is okay with free breakfast, the staff is quite friendly. The breakfast menu is quite varied, ranging from rice, lontong, bread, cakes, fruit, and drinks. The room is not soundproof so at night you can hear people's voices from outside the room. The location is close to taplau (the beach), just a few meters to the beach and you can get snacks. Thank you, hopefully the good points can be maintained, and other things can be improved.

The best ❤️ I have stayed here twice. This hotel is indeed the best choice, both in terms of comfort because of the music, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Bathroom ceramics are slippery when exposed to water. If possible, replace them with mat-type ceramics, reducing the risk of slipping.

With the same price outside of the fasting month, the sahur food that is obtained has minimal choices & minimal protein (only small pieces of chicken in soup with 1 chili sauce). Not to mention those who had sahur a little later didn't get any side dishes, had to wait for it to be cooked first. For the room facilities, during several times I stayed there, there was always a problem with hot water, especially in the morning and afternoon. For the position of the room (143) it was not quite right because the door opened directly to the bed
