Check-in was fast. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Everything was almost okay. But when our family arrived, the staff seemed unfriendly, and the room next door was very noisy, possibly due to renovations, etc. We asked to move rooms, but they couldn't.

The bed is great, perfect for couples who want an intimate getaway without children and can relax. It's also very close to Alam Sutera Mall, right next door. Breakfast is delicious and standard. Playing movies in the room is really nice, like the beginning of a marriage. This hotel is highly recommended for couples who want to be alone together without being disturbed by children ☺.

Strategic location, excellent hotel, comfortable and clean rooms, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. One of the best places for a family staycation. The only thing that needs improvement is the speed of service at reception, especially during busy times.

The service and staff were quite good and friendly, only when I just arrived at the hotel, in the entrance area there were some paper clutter which was quite annoying when we entered the hotel and it looked like dirt or party knick-knacks.

The location is next to Living World Mall, across from Flavor Bliss & Pasa 8. So from morning to night there are lots of food & entertainment, the staff are friendly, but the wifi is not so good, in the bathroom the wifi often disappears. The amenities are lacking, you even have to ask for a shower cap first.

The vibe and hotel location is good near to city. However, suggest to always use standard of Mercure hotel as I experienced in other cities. My suggestion are: 1) Staff is good but need to improve more better in providing service to customer such as escort guest to get a key when room available not till the guest ask the key. 2) Room is not like standard, there is no shower bathroom overhead with the type of room that I reserve (not comparable in the price I got from other Mercure hotel). 3) There were repairs by the repairman which made a hammering sound and disturbed the guests who were resting. Hope this feedback can have better improvement in the future.
