Good for the price

Second time of staying here and again had a great nights sleep. This is a budget hotel so we know what we were getting. Staff as always polite and friendly. Room very clean and tidy. See you again next year!!

Great check in process but the lady on breakfast duty a bit too aggressive on checking if you’ve paid or not.

The hotel is basic as expected given the price. Perfectly sufficient for a night stay, and that's all it was for us- we arrived very late at night and left in the morning. Room was small with sink in the room and two separate rooms with toilet and shower. Meets the expectations perfectly

Inexpensive option, outside Katowice city centre. Opposite the Silesian Museum.

Everything great for price but bed was rock hard and pillow very flat

Very fast - 2 minutes each - check-in and check-out, Clean, quiet, perfect restaurant in Novotel Hotel, nearby, excellent place in City centre

Really enjoyed the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was a group of lads who were drunk and making a hell of a lot of noise outside of our room. Short walk to main town centre with bus stop from airport just a kilometre away. All together I’d definitely return here in the future

We like the hotel, staff and service. But there was no free parking for hotel guests. Otherwise everything was great.

The hotel was closed during Christmas, the guests were redirected to the nearby Novotel hotel

The blind was broken and stuck open, the attendant changed room for me to a room that smelled of cigarette smoke.. the attendant said he had no other room so I had the choice of a bright room or a smelly room! Very poor
