A surprise in an industrial area. Nice large rooms. If travelling by car it’s a great location and stay. That said, the bar was just below our window and the smokers and drinkers went to 5:30 in the morning.

well kept hotel. Only problem was that the refrigerator was plugged into the outlet that requires the room key to operate. This meant the refrigerator was WARM when we arrived. No bueno!

Las habitaciones están en muy buen estado y muy limpias. El proceso de check in, check out y wifi muy faciles. El área donde se encuentra el hotel es de bodegas, no hay mucha actividad cerca. Es fácil llegar del hotel a San Sebastián.

Very good value and Property. We have a service animal and they provided a pet bed and water and food bowls in the room

Great place!

We didn't have high hopes based on the immediate area, which looked rather industrial, but once we entered the hotel it was clean and modern. My family was happy with the stay.

David was super nice and helpful. We got an upgrade to an apt due to them being full which he gave tu us, as a family, which was just so nice. The bus ride is very easy into San Sebastian and the bus stop is right infront of the hotel. I fully recommend.

Easy self check-in, beautiful room, thick towels, very comfortable bed, clean, lots of restaurants and bars close. Close to the motorway. Highly recommended 👍

This is a very comfortable base for visiting Donastia-San Sebastian. Check in was well organised. They emailed a code for a letterbox where our key was. You then register at reception the next day. The room was spacious and comfortable with a decent sized bed and large shower room. House keeping was spotless. The hotel is in the little town of Astigarraga about 10 minutes by bus from the centre of Donostia-San Sebastian. There is plenty of street parking. Its very convenient and a fraction of the cost of staying in the city centre.

Characterful little hotel, and good value.
