Farm-style doors in the bathroom for the toilet were broken. One of the doors was off the track, which we reported to the building, but no one came to assist so we forced it back onto the track as best we could ourselves. The coat hooks used to hang the hair dryer and steamer bags weren't actually mounted to the wall, but rather were simply hanging loose in the drywall. My partner and I were hungry and went to check out the restaurant in the hotel. Stood for several minutes before the host came over and was noticeably short/abrupt, didn't apologize for the wait and instead asked if we had a reservation for the empty restaurant. Food was OK, service was inexplicably slow for there only being 2 other tables of guests by the time we finished and we had to remind the server for the discount for staying there. We were out on our balcony in the evening and noticed that the room next to ours was getting renovated. To our surprise, work started on that room first thing in the morning. We were woken up by the crew hauling in their equipment around 7:00am and could not get back to sleep over the sound of power tools, hammering, etc. I would highly recommend against staying at this location, especially given the rate we were charged for a very disappointing room and even worse experience. When I shared these concerns, I was informed that they were "shared with our engineering and operations teams to ensure these matters are addressed immediately." Crickets.

The experience was exceptional.

Nice place. Be mindful that the rooftop is basically a club throughout the weekend, so it can be very noisey if you’re staying in a higher floor. Also the elevators are super slow. I often resorted to taking the stairs.

The hotel’s “city view” suites are breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows give life to the cityscape. A well deserved treat!

Nice enough, but honestly had the feel of an upscale dorm room.

Love the views and rooftop pool. The tower was too smoky with weeds smell and music too loud. Food and dining option limited and breakfast was not tasty at all!! No green or red peppers in the whole kitchen for western omelette- no they do not carry any peppers , only onions and tomatoes:(

Amazing venue - great views and cool rooms. Pool area a vibe. Downstairs bar service a little slow at times but some friendly and helpful staff.

I enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful, very clean. Only downside was they could not provide a late checkout

Just stayed here for a wedding in the area. Pros are access to the rooftop pool (guests can reserve chairs for free but you have to book in advance!) and the rooms were nice and clean. Cons are that the ‘queen’ room was definitely just a double bed and with how much we paid for the room we expected more amenities to be included- having to pay $14 per person to use the hotel slippers is wild. We also never received cleaning service while we were there. So all-in-all it was a cool vibe but personally would not stay here again.

This hotel offers the look and feel of a premium hotel, it just unfortunately lacks premium service. Very junior staff, polite and nice just not particularly helpful as most questions were replied with “ i don’t know” not let me find out for you, or help you find out” just straight up i don’t know, when you’re a tourist in a different city staying at a nice hotel, my expectations are higher. Everyone is very l pleasant and doing their best, i don’t hold it against them, but Arlo hotel group is large and has many locations so it seems to be a lack of training and accountability on their end.

Rooms feel very basic for the price

Fun rooftop pool and bar, great area to walk around.

The staff were great, from check in to the restaurant and rooftop pool, service was a 10/10.
