Yesterday, January 22nd, my husband and I stayed at this hotel when my husband had a birthday, so we were given a surprise from 3 staff members named Mbak Ona, Mbak Eda and Mas Agung, honestly we really liked it and were touched, thank you both, Mbak and Mas.. If we go to Bali again, we will definitely stay at this hotel, the hotel is quite close to the airport, the parking lot is spacious, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff are all friendly.. If we go to Bali again, we will definitely come back to this hotel.. because it is that good😇🙏

happyy, it was perfect for my birthday, I stayed here and was given a birthday treat. Honestly, at first I didn't care about the hotel because it was just for sleeping, but it turned out to be beyond my expectation. The bathroom was clean and complete, the bedroom was also very comfortable, and importantly the wifi was okay. Oh yeah, the only drawback was that the shower part of the bathroom wasn't covered by the outside when I wanted to go to the sink and the toilet, so when I took a shower it was really muddy. But overall it was okay. All the staff were friendly, there were Shania, Adi, and Rasta. They were very kind. They gave me a bracelet when I went home. I've never found a hotel this good. The price was also very affordable.

The location is very good, near the airport. The hotel is also next to nice restaurants Pipo Bali (non-halal food) and RM Padang, and Pia Agung Bali. The staff are very nice and really concerned about our experience and comfort staying here. They constantly ask me by WhatsApp Messenger about my experience and my opinion about the room and the services every day. I love this hotel!

After staying in one of the dirty places, getting to Granmas was really fun. Everything feels cleaner. The rooms are small, but everything functions well. So, no complaints. Staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms are clean, the hotel staff are very friendly, everything is very satisfying, this is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and will certainly come back again, it's just that the breakfast choices for Indonesian food are less varied.
