The female receptionist wearing glasses was not friendly at all. The parking lot was uncomfortable, the tire caps/tire valves were missing, and the room card was difficult to use, requiring a back-and-forth from floors 1-10.

The towels were no longer suitable, torn on the sides, no longer suitable for rags, the color was dirty, the AC leaked and dripped all night, the water used for bathing came out in front of the flood door, the plastic toilet lid was so bad that it was sharp when sat on. Oh my, in short, they really don't respect guests, I paid for it, not for free.

Overall, the hotel is good, but it's starting to look outdated. The shower heads need to be replaced, and the toilets are turning brass. My suggestion is that it's time for a facelift.

The room is comfortable and clean, and the location is strategic in the center of Solo.
The bathroom is clean and everything works well.
It's soundproof, but you can still hear the music, although it's not clear.

The room is clean, there is also refillable water, the TV is also on so it's not just for display. If you want a staycation in Solo but want a hotel with a low price but not the best quality, just go to Monolog
