It was not my first stay at this hotel. The price for value was good, location is prime, and the hotel breakfast was simple but the taste was surprisingly good. These are being maintained by the hotel.
However, my holiday experience was spoiled with my bad check in experience. My family and I (including an elderly) arrived at 14.45 pm in a very tired condition. I just want to get into my room and relax. One of two rooms that I ordered was not ready and I have to wait for another 45 minutes. I understand that it was a high peak holiday season. But, still it is unacceptable.
I noticed that the cleaning of the room was not maximal. I still can see stains in the bed linen and the bathroom missed some amenities (fresh towels not given).
I want to come again in the future but really hope that the management can improve the hotel service.
