Check-in was fast and the food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. Since I came here after a concert in Senayan, booking here was a huge help. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and asked if I wanted coffee or tea. The gentleman with the W ending in H, I forgot his name, stay healthy, sir. Thanks for the hospitality.

I booked this hotel because it's nearby Istora, for a MLTR concert. It is still a good hotel but needs renovation in the bathroom.

Good service, family friendly, clean. The food also tastes delicious. The only 'bad' thing in my opinion was the access from the hotel gate entry to the lobby was very far away.

I always stay here every year because even though it's an old apartment, it's still nice and very clean, the staff are also very friendly and helpful. This was our third trip to Jakarta. The Sultan Hotel and Residence is highly recommended for travelers seeking privacy and natural surroundings. It's very close to Senayan City. The service at the hotel is EXCELLENT. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast menu in the restaurant is very comprehensive and varied. The taste is undeniably 5-star. One suggestion for the restaurant team: be more attentive at breakfast time when offering coffee or tea. Don't just offer it once. You need to check if your cup is almost empty. Thank you.

The staff was amazing and the location is very near from GBK sports area.

The room is comfortable, the hotel staff are also friendly, there is a pick-up and drop-off service for the Senayan area, it's amazing.

Kudos to the hotel staff for their quick response. When I asked to borrow an iron and the bathroom faucet wouldn't close, the staff responded very quickly.

It's my second time staying here, good place for staying in Jakarta. They have so many tennis courts and we can use it for free.

The staff is friendly, and the rooms are certainly old, but they're still clean and comfortable. GBK is just a short walk away. And one more thing: the food is delicious.

If possible, the price can be lowered further to make it affordable, and the location is good, close to GBK.
