Staycation here at an affordable price in a 4-star hotel, delicious food, comfortable atmosphere, easy access from the West Bekasi toll road

Stayed at this hotel because there was a graduation ceremony for my husband, booked 3 rooms, the hotel was comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious, each room had a bathtub, the breakfast menu was also delicious and varied.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly, there are malls on the left and right of the hotel, dinner and shopping are easy.

Great place to stay, near to the mall, LRT, and ehailing friendly.

Please don't allow smoking in the cafe in the lobby. The indoor area in front of the reception smells of cigarette smoke. I'm sorry, the main lobby reflects the hotel, so it smells of cigarettes. It doesn't look like a star hotel. I'm waiting to check in so I feel uncomfortable.

Great location. Fast and friendly service. Breakfast was plentiful until the 10am cut-off time. The taste was lacking. However, the braised beef was delicious. The rooms are old-fashioned, and the towels are dirty and smelly.

Stayed in business suite room 1402, got a full glass room so you can enjoy the view of Bekasi city. The swimming pool area is also clean & well maintained. The breakfast menu is very diverse, but for the taste, I think it's just so-so, 8/10. Overall, it's okay & very pleasant to stay at this legendary hotel in Bekasi city 😄👍 Keep up the best service, okay?

Overall, everything is good, but if possible, each room could be given a fragrance, so that when we check in, the room will smell good.

Wow, it was really satisfying. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when I forgot my parking ticket, and she immediately gave me directions when I wanted to exit the parking lot. The room was clean, tidy, and large, and it had a bathtub. 😊 Breakfast was varied and there was a coffee machine. Top notch, five stars from me.
