Very beautiful, calm villa. Very comfortable for refreshing the brain. Always miss coming back here.

Very bad hotel service. The receptionist never smiled at all. From the start of check-in there was no welcome drink and no cold towels. Where is the procedure all 5 stars like that. The breakfast is inedible, it doesn't even deserve to be called 5 star food. It looks more like trash in my opinion. And another very disappointing thing, when at 12.00 we were kicked out of the hotel. And once negotiable, only given 15 minutes to clean up. This is a hotel that really embarrasses the Balinese, where in my opinion all Balinese are friendly and smiley. However, I did not find it in a hotel that was more than 20 years old.

Villa ini pernah berjaya dimasanya. Tapi kali ini dengan harga 1,6jt yang kami dapat: 1. Private pool tidak bisa kami pakai karena dasar kolam keruh penuh endapan kotoran. Kami tanya tiap berapa hari dibersihkan dan jawabnya hanya di test kaporit. Dari penampakan dari atas saja pool sudah keruh di atas tapi tidak dibersihkan. 2. Kran jet spray toilet bocor sehingga air mengalir banjir kemana-mana. Hampir membuat orang terpeleset karena tidak terlihat ada genangan air di lantai. 3. Dinding toilet banyak noda. 4. Dudukan kloset tidak di bersihkan setelah di pakai orang. Kloset juga tua ya, kami menginap di kamar Jati. 5. Staff reseptionist lambat, bahkan saat kami tanya massage hanya di suruh buka bukunya di meja sebrang tanpa di layani. 6. Kami sempat tanyakan ketersediaan kamar sebelum book dan di minta no telpon untuk di hubungi. Tapi tidak ada menghubungi sama sekali. Gimana ini managementnya. Overall villa ini tidak bisa bersaing dengan villa-villa baru lainnya yang lebih baru, bersih, bahkan bisa lebih murah jika tidak banyak perbaikan. Daerah Legian juga sepi & banyak yang tutup jika dibandingkan dengan canggu dan lain-lain.

The villa is nice, spacious and authentic, typical of a Balinese house. It has 3 spacious master bedrooms and is equipped with a bathtub and shower that makes you feel at home for a long time to take a bath. There is a private pool which is quite large. There is a kitchen with complete cutlery. Really makes a staycation feel at home here. Suitable for family and friends/friends get-togethers. The staff is friendly and deft to help when needed. My group and I will again choose to stay here while in Bali. Thanks to all the staff and management, Alaya Dedaun Kuta, continue to be successful.

We had such a pleasant stay in Alaya dedaun. Amazing villas and friendly staffs. This accommodation has a lovely ambiance, embracing nature and a perfect gateway place for those who seek a private peaceful stay. Located in a heart of Legian area, easy access to a lively bar and local shops too.

Service was amazing, perfect location. And the bed was just super comfy! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Also they do free drop off service around Kuta. Definitely would stay here again.

Please for the dining chair there is a broken one so if we sit down to the clamp & it hurt so much, the rest are all good everything & all staff is very friendly.
