I booked a room and when I arrived, it was full. They told me to stay in a cottage and it smelled really bad and dirty. The hotel service provider called and said they were not responsible for this booking. This is the worst I have ever encountered when booking a room in the past.

Phòng sạch, sáng sủa, nhưng điểm trừ là mùa lạnh mà giường phụ chỉ là futon mỏng và mền cũng mỏng nên rất lạnh. 2/Để là studio room mà cũng như phòng thường kô có gì ngoài ấm đun, tủ lạnh nhỏ, 3/Đặt phòng cho 3 người mà chỉ set có 2 nước uống, 2 lý, 2 gói cà phê, người thứ 3 không có! 4/Nước sinh hoạt không dùng nấu uống được vì khi nấu xong nổi váng trắng như lớp bột trên mặt mà chỗ nghỉ không nói cho khách biết. Nên chỉ đánh gía 2,5 điểm cho phòng sạch,sáng mà thôi chứ dịch vụ còn chưa tốt. (Vì các điểm tham quan đều xa nhau nên phải tránh thủ đi không chụp lại hình về dịch vụ,ai đã trải nghiệm rồi sẽ biết điều tôi nói)

The room is clean, spacious, looks very new.
