The room was comfortable and cozy, just a little uncomfortable with the smell of the toilet, but overall it was a nice experience.

The sheets and bedcovers smell really bad, maybe they haven't been replaced, the color isn't white anymore, but rather moldy, it really smells. And also, sorry, the bathroom smells too🙏

Clean room, good room, nice experience

The price is a bit overbudget and not as expected. When checking in, the staff said smoking was allowed in the room, and it was true when we entered the room, it smelled musty and could not be explained. There was only 1 lamp in the room. The bed linen seemed not to have been changed because it smelled musty, as did the towels. When we went to the bathroom, it was dark and there was only 1 dim light. When the AC was turned on, it smelled of cigarettes.

Enough as a budget hotel just to rest for 1-2 nights. Lack of storage space for goods/clothes. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bed should be considered again. It looks less well maintained with stains on the sheets, water crust, even spider webs in the corner of the bathroom. Is it the effect of early check-in? Or because local guests rarely use it, toilet paper is not given new.

Staying here is nice, close to everywhere, close to the city center, finding food is very easy, the food is delicious, basically if you go to Lombok again you have to stay at Citilike. Recommended.
