Previously, I stayed here in September and had to request towels in the room first. This time, it was the same. I had confirmed by phone at 9am that the connecting room would be prepared and the connecting door opened. However, the connecting door wasn't opened. There were no towels in the room, there was not enough mineral water, and calls to reception or housekeeping didn't work. A Swiss Bell hotel requires guests to come downstairs to request what's missing in the room.
We had confirmed a late check-in, but after checking in at 8:30pm, there were still items missing in our room.
The manager on duty, Mr. Ali, was an unresponsive receptionist on behalf of Apid.
The hotel is nice and comfortable. Perhaps yesterday, the crew on duty was unlucky.
