Breakfast is good, with proper baguette, croissants and pains au chocolat from a bakery, not the frozen stuff. Apart from that, soundproofing is poor in the room, no air conditioning meant I had to keep the window open and so had to hear every conversation from the terrace just next to my room until late (hotel is built as an atrium, so any noise echoes twice as loud). Carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly (clothes' tags still on the floor), room looked tired and not as clean as expected.

Wonderful place to stay for a trip to giverny!

We’ve got a room next to exit door, it makes our stay unpleasant due to bad soundproofing. We’ve heard every door closing etc. Room was with very low ceiling, if you make shower in bath you almost touch ceiling. And some hair in bathroom did this place really not to recommend

The location is perfect. Walking distance to Mont Saint-Michel and in front of the shuttle station (in case you don't want to walk).

It was A very difficult stay due to very hot weather, no air con, no fans in room. Also A lot of noise coming from guests until 11.30pm on the outside terrace.

Shower is awful, glass door covers half the shower and water spills everywhere. Toilet seat was broken, toilet paper is actually little squares of tissue that you need a million just to wipe

Hotel very clean , nice location. Breakfast very good , dinner ok but chose to eat out next night. Room clean but very basic , no complementary tea/ coffee/ water in rooms. No hairdryer in room. Staff pleasant.

Arrived to find they do not have an elevator to the 2nd floor. Was provided with a 1st room with hair all over bathroom floor, dirty sheets and towels. Desk clerk apologized. Entering and exiting is amid a cloud of cigarette smoke from guests.

Le cadre des chambres ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles, juste un 2 étoiles : la décoration est restée dans son jus des années 80, c est un peu lugubre. Envisagez une décoration plus moderne. Ce n est pas forcément cher et cela donnera un plus joli cachet à vos chambres. Le petit déjeuner n est pas de bonne qualité et la vaisselle est moche. Là aussi ce n est pas forcément très onéreux d acheter une vaisselle plus jolie et moderne.

Les chambres sont vieillissante. Moquette peinture. La literie est très bonne. L hôtel est loin de Vernon et de tte vie.
