Booked 2 rooms of the same type, but the facilities and size were different from those listed in the application. Room no. 5, the AC was not cold and complained twice without any change and was not suitable for accommodation, especially since we brought 2 small children who could not sleep because of the heat. The TV initially had no signal, even though we complained when we checked in, but instead they blamed the room for being messed up and we couldn't move. The hot water also didn't work until we checked out. A very unpleasant experience during our stay because we had to sleep here.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful both during check-in and check-out.

The bathroom had no hot water, only cold water. The service was poor. The room was in the corner and quiet. I thought it was a hotel room, but I was given a small room with a cap cip cup.

Safe environment, clean room but the floor is a bit dirty, bathroom no water heater, no wifi, provided mini drinking water, no breakfast, strategic location, cheap price even though the room is quite big, can bring children because it has a child's bed.

Friendly receptionist, helpful bell boy, clean and spacious room, hot and cold water runs smoothly, there is a swimming pool and gym, close to Indomaret, close to the mosque, close to other public facilities.

Okay, it is in the center of Slawi City and is worth visiting the city again.

The only downside at this hotel is that there are no 24-hour food stalls, warteg, and cigarette stalls.

The location is right in the city center, close to the Slawi Teapot Monument. Accessibility is easy, and at night, there are plenty of culinary spots nearby, as well as a nearby Indomaret. It's perfect for those needing a short layover in Slawi. I happened to choose a non-AC room with a shared bathroom and got a promotional price on the app. Despite the shared bathroom, it was kept clean. The room was comfortable, and there were bolsters available, a rarity in similar accommodations. The location is also close to a futsal field, so it might be worth considering if you're looking for a quiet retreat.

The fan cannot be set to small or large

The intention was to rest peacefully, but instead I couldn't sleep because of the noisy shouts of people playing futsal and billiards which were played unrestricted until the early morning.

Clean place, friendly service, everything is good.

For a very strategic location, in front of a main road, attached to a cafe swimming pool and next to it there is a coffee shop, if you want to find food it is also easy, just walk to Indomaret. We got a price of 238 thousand for a Regular AC room, strangely on the day of the incident, we checked again and it was only 170 thousand for the same type. Initially given a squat toilet, even though in the application it was a sitting toilet, after protesting we were given the appropriate one. Got a room right next to the futsal field, very noisy until midnight. Mukena and prayer mats are available in the room. The cleanliness of the room is lacking, lots of dust, but the mattress is quite soft. Didn't get a toothbrush, toothpaste, or even soap. Only got towels, one towel was torn at the edges. The TV picture is bad. The AC is not functioning optimally. There is a water heater but it is difficult to stabilize the heat. The water went off in the morning, turned on again at noon.

Very disappointing-- fortunately I only had a short nap because a relative was getting married nearby. I arrived late at night after Maghrib prayers and quickly left at 8 am. There was no towel hanger in the bathroom, let alone a place to put my toiletries. I stayed in a room for 245 thousand rupiah/room--- Minimal switches--- even if there was an outlet, it would hang if I wanted to charge my cellphone-- terrible The water in the bathroom was stagnant. The gallon of drinking water ran out and wasn't replaced.. The receptionist was also not very friendly- couldn't accept input. But the cleaning staff was kind and willing to accept criticism without interrupting or denying.
