I was very disappointed with my check-in experience on my first day. I arrived at the hotel at 5 a.m. because I had paid for a room with a 6 a.m. check-in time. However, I was immediately turned away without confirmation or checking my details. The receptionist told me the room was sold out, even though I had already booked and paid in full a month in advance. The staff were also unfriendly. It's unfortunate that a hotel with excellent facilities, but a lack of hospitality, creates a bad first impression. I hope the hotel can improve the service at the front desk so guests feel more appreciated. Thank you.

Some staff are friendly, some are unfriendly. Far from the city center. The room was hot and stuffy, and the AC wasn't cold. The hot water wasn't available until we called a technician. The view is okay. The kids' pool is nice. The food is pretty good, but the staff aren't very friendly. I actually wanted to stay another night because our event was close to the hotel area, but considering it wasn't cold, it was hard to sleep.

My first time in Manado, I stayed in a less than comfortable hotel. For that price, I should have gotten more. They said it was on the second floor, but it turned out to be the third floor. The room was noisy, and I wanted to rest during the day because of the long 3-hour trip from Jakarta. I was disturbed by the sound of knocking, like someone working, probably during repairs. The television was just for decoration, there was no broadcast. The parking lot was also cramped. The only plus was the pool.

The hotel staff was friendly during check-in and check-out. The hotel is close to the airport, and the staff quickly ordered a Grab for me at 5 a.m., and it arrived promptly, as the hotel is strategically located on the main road.

Yesterday, I was in the new room, 107. When I arrived at night, the floor was dirty. There were still shoe marks on it. There was no bathroom mat. I had to ask for one.

The hotel near the airport has a pool but no elevator.

The room was dirty, the AC didn't work, the hot water was broken, the staff wasn't friendly at all, and the parking lot only fits 4 cars. I definitely don't recommend this place.
