Parking is not directed, the entrance door opens by itself, there is no guard, the receptionist is also indifferent. FYI, this hotel cannot request mini decorations for anniversaries etc. Breakfast is delicious & has many variations

It was a satisfying stay here. Near supermarket, restaurant, street food, near from by pass also. Love it but unfortunately for the meal especially at the breakfast, the taste a bit less than expected as a star's hotel. Hopefully can be improving for the next and I prefer also to keep stay in this hotel because love for the room.

spacious and clean room, soft mattress and carpet. there is a refrigerator but it is not cold. got a room on the 6th floor, the best view, open the window, the view of Mount Ceremai. the location is also easy and not congested. next time I go to Cirebon, I will stay at Patra again

All get 5 stars. Except the bathroom, it smells a bit like sewer when using the shower and the bidet closet is too tight.

Recommended to stay here if you go to Cirebon, Ms. Fanny, the front line staff is friendly, the room is as requested facing Mount Ciremai and there is an air purifier.. you won't regret staying at this hotel..
