There is sharing kitchen set and laundry at 2nd floor. Hope could be better for the given rate especially for mineral water (not provided) and room service

I got a very big room with 4 beds, fits for family. But the room is on the top highest level. The lift only goes to the 6th floor. But still no problem, because the person at the hotel was helpful to bring our heavy luggage upstairs. They also have a laundry in the basement. For long stay, very recommended!
