- My room 705 near with lift as per my request however I think the condition of room is not ready to use. When I came Eng Team is doing fix something in my room n next morning I heard a noise from water in bathroom. It makes me can rest well. - For service receptionist was not nice. When I asked to HK deliver tea to my room the receptionist close my phone while Im still talking so the instruction given to HK is wrong also. - Also the noise from outside can clearly heard from my room, it caused me can’t rest very well. - I think hotel also need to upgrade the amenities n towel. - Location wise so good..but other than that I dont think Im felt comfortable staying in this hotel.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Next time I'll choose this hotel again.

The room is spacious. The place is comfortable and clean.

The rooms are larger than usual. Next to the MRT station and around the hotel are many interesting tourist spots. The disadvantage is that the wall of the room is still not good at soundproofing.
