The first inconvenience was that no information was given at the beginning that I would be transferred to Travelio. I started to choose this apartment because I wanted to rent using an online application. The following inconveniences during my stay: 1. Travelio does not provide all the rules that are related to things that will be charged or not. When I asked after I got charged, until this article I made it was not delivered to me. 2. The unit for which I received conditions: the carpet was very dirty, cigarette butts were found under the TV table, under the bed the conditions were very dirty, the wifi router was problematic. 3. Because the voucher is written "this is not serviced apartment" to my knowledge there are no facilities for cleaning. So because I brought a baby, I used the blanket to cover the dirty carpet. So there are some food stains that are scattered at the time of check out and the travelio immediately provide a charge by cutting my deposit. Though this provision is not informed when checking in. 4. After I checkout and travelio wants to cut my deposit, I complain via cleanliness via WA and CS instead informing that I should inform about this dirty condition to be cleaned. Even though this information was clearly not delivered and the voucher had been written "this is not a serviced residence apartment". But only after I checkout and this complaint is conveyed to me. 5. For the new wifi router on the second day the solution was given to me to set up the WiFi. Conclusion I stayed: I would not stay in an apartment using travelio services again. Stay directly in contact with the owner of the apartment more clearly about the terms and conditions that apply.
