It was in the center of everything and the staff was helpful as well as amazing.

I liked that it was walking distance to shopping. I loved that the pool was on the rooftop with a bar. We enjoyed the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Occidental Diagonal 414. The staff was really friendly and attentive. Rooftop has great views and good drinks.

The staff was very nice and accommodating and the food and drinks were delicious! Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Excellent value for money and I got a free room upgrade which was a nice touch.

Hotel looks great, perfect location and cool rooftop bar. Staff has rude attitude and not collaborative. Don’t try to fill you water bottle with the lobby’s complementary water tank because you will get yelled at.

While we did not use the rooftop- it was a nice attraction. The service was outstanding and very helpful. It made our stay enjoyable.

Great hotel

This hotel is in the perfect location. 5 minute walk to the Acropolis and Plaka. Dining options near by. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The provided breakfast exceeded expectations.

Very clean, good amenities, nice rooftop deck.

Clean but basic hotel, more like a 2/3 star hotel than 4 star. Check in was extremely slow with uncommunicative staff. Room was small and clean. Breakfast choice was limited but the breakfast staff were excellent. Overall, it’s a very average hotel.
